We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. However, orders made within one week prior to Eid are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.

For a swift exchange, initiate a return for the unwanted item and separately purchase the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
